Hand-picked, 100% natural dried chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) from the Gyergyó Mountains of Transylvania, harvested at altitudes between 800 and 1,500 metres. Carefully selected and dried to preserve their natural flavour and aroma. The chanterelles growing in the ancient, untouched forests of the Gyergyó Mountains are known for their distinctive, mildly peppery taste and golden colour. Excellent for pasta, sauces, meat dishes, and cream of mushroom soup.
